I am writing this commendation for April in recognition of her efforts in taking care of ARB’s needs and requirements. During our early months, April has been instrumental in providing support to our growing needs as most of our employees became eligible already of the Philcare HMO.
Overall, April went above and beyond of what is expected of the service level agreements established between Keyman, Philcare and ARB.
Her spontaneous and care-free spirit has completely harmonize with my own team therefore bringing about a conducive working relationship which often resulted to successful completion of queries and tasks. She is efficient when it comes to difficult situations, especially when handling difficult principal members from our end. Her client management skills is exceptional!
She is very attentive and receptive to feedback, since ARB is continuously looking for ways and means to simplify processes/coordination with Philcare.
